PrepGen.ai now supports the MCAT (Medical College Admission Test). The bank went live with more than 1,200 questions spanning all four scored sections and every one of the 28 topic areas in the AAMC content outline — with adaptive practice, section-level timing, and analytics that report by topic rather than by a single overall percentage.
Content Coverage
Questions are organized into the four scored sections exactly as the exam presents them:
- Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems — motion and energy, fluids and circulation, electrochemistry and circuits, light and sound, atomic structure, bonding, acid-base equilibria, thermodynamics and kinetics
- Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills — comprehension, reasoning within and beyond the text, humanities and social science passages
- Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems — proteins and amino acids, gene to protein, bioenergetics, cellular organization, development, organ systems and homeostasis
- Psychological, Social, and Biological Foundations of Behavior — sensation and perception, thought and action, identity, social processes and structures, health disparities
Built Around Passages, Not Flashcards
Most MCAT questions arrive attached to a passage describing an experiment you have never seen, and the difficulty lives in the reasoning rather than the recall. The PrepGen.ai bank is passage-heavy by design: research-style stimuli with figures and data tables, followed by linked question sets — the same shape the real exam uses. CARS passages assume no outside subject knowledge, exactly as they should.
An Explanation for Every Option
Every question carries an explanation for all five answer choices, not just the correct one. Each distractor is written to match a specific misconception, so a near-miss tells you which distinction you have not drawn yet. That is the difference between reviewing an answer and learning from it.
Section Timing and Full-Length Practice
Practice against the real clock — 95 minutes for each science section and 90 minutes for CARS — or sit the whole exam end to end. Stamina is a genuine part of what the MCAT measures, and it is rehearsable.
