You can delete your PrepGen.ai account directly from the app settings on the website or mobile app.
Go to Settings, open the Account Delete section, and select Delete My Account. Confirm the prompt to complete deletion.

Your account and associated data are permanently deleted after you confirm. We may retain limited records required for legal, security, or billing purposes.
If you cannot access the app, email info@keppek.ai from the email address linked to your PrepGen.ai account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
